Child Safety Standards
Last updated: 8 September 2026
Swifflyy is a location-based dating app for adults, operated by Swifflyy Technologies Private Limited, Gonda, Uttar Pradesh, India. These standards describe how we prevent, detect, report and remove child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM) on Swifflyy. They apply to every user, every piece of content and every member of our team.
1. Zero tolerance
We prohibit, without exception, any content or behaviour that sexualises, exploits or endangers a minor (anyone under 18). This includes but is not limited to:
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form - photos, videos, drawings, text or links.
- Sexual conversation with, or about, a minor; grooming; solicitation of sexual content from a minor.
- Sextortion, trafficking, or arranging to meet a minor for sexual purposes.
- Any attempt by a minor to use the service, or by an adult to represent a minor on it.
Violations result in immediate content removal and a permanent ban. There is no appeal for CSAE violations.
2. Adults only
- Every account is tied to a verified Indian mobile number.
- Date of birth is mandatory at sign-up; anyone under 18 cannot create an account.
- Profiles are selfie-verified against their own photos, and we remove accounts that appear to belong to, or depict, minors when we find them.
- Photo rules in our Content Policy prohibit nudity and images of children on their own.
3. How to report
Anyone can report a child safety concern to us, whether or not they use the app:
- In the app: open the chat with the person → tap their name → Report, block & unmatch → choose "Underage" (or any other reason) and describe the concern. Reporting is anonymous to the reported user.
- By email: support@swifflyy.com with the subject "Child safety report". Include the profile name, phone number if known, and screenshots if you have them. Do not forward CSAM itself - describe it and we will retrieve it from our systems.
- If a child is in immediate danger, contact the police first (India: dial 112, or Childline 1098).
4. What happens to a report
- Every report is reviewed by a trained member of our team within 24 hours. Child-safety reports are triaged first.
- Content that violates these standards is removed and the account is permanently banned. The device and phone number are blocked from re-registering.
- We preserve the relevant account data, content and logs as evidence for at least 90 days, or longer if an investigation requires it, and do not tip off the reported user.
- We report confirmed or apparent CSAM and child sexual exploitation to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) CyberTipline and to the Indian authorities through the National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal (cybercrime.gov.in) and local police, as required by the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act 2012 (section 19), the Information Technology Act 2000 (section 67B) and the IT (Intermediary Guidelines) Rules 2021. We cooperate fully with lawful requests from law enforcement.
- We do not permit our staff to view, copy or share CSAM beyond what is strictly needed to remove it and report it.
5. Legal compliance
Swifflyy complies with all applicable child safety laws in India and in every country where the app is distributed, including mandatory reporting obligations, and with the Google Play and Apple App Store child safety requirements. We review these standards at least once a year and whenever the law or our product changes.
6. Child safety contact
Our designated child safety point of contact can speak to our CSAE prevention practices and compliance: support@swifflyy.com (subject "Child safety"). Postal address: Swifflyy Technologies Private Limited, 98 New Indira Colony, Bargaon, Gonda, Uttar Pradesh 271002, India.
