Terms of Use

These terms are an agreement between you and Swifflyy Technologies Private Limited, 98 New Indira Colony, Bargaon, Gonda, Uttar Pradesh 271002, India (“Swifflyy”, “we”). They cover the Swifflyy mobile app and this website. By creating an account or using the app you accept them, together with our Privacy Policy and Content Policy.

1. Who can use Swifflyy

• You must be 18 or older. By creating an account you confirm that you are.
• The information you give us must be accurate, and your photos must be of you.
• One account per person. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account, so keep your phone secure - it is how you sign in.
• We may refuse, suspend or remove an account at our discretion, including for anything described in the Content Policy.

2. How Swifflyy works

• You drop your current location so people nearby can discover you for one hour, within 1 km of your pin. The pin is always your real, current location and cannot be moved by hand.
• Free accounts can drop up to 3 times a day. Drops expire on their own and can be removed early from the map.
• When two people like each other it is a match and a chat opens. Chats are private between the two of you, subject to the Content Policy.
• Swifflyy only works in the cities we currently serve. Outside them the app shows a coming-soon screen.

3. Swifflyy Plus

• Swifflyy Plus is sold as two one-time, non-renewing purchases: a Daily Pass (₹29, 24 hours) and a Weekly Plan (₹49, 7 days). Both give unlimited drops, discovery reach up to 2 km, and priority placement in nearby decks from the moment of purchase. Buying again extends your remaining time. Nothing auto-renews.
• Purchases are made through the Apple App Store or Google Play, which process the payment and hold your card details - we never see them. The price shown in the store at checkout is the price you pay.
• Refunds are handled by the store under its own refund policy; we cannot issue them directly. Use “Restore purchases” in the app if a purchase did not switch Plus on.
• Unused Plus time is not refunded if an account is removed for a violation of these terms.

4. Your content

• You own the photos, prompt answers and messages you add to Swifflyy.
• You give us a licence to store, process and display that content as the app works - for example showing your first name, photos and profile details to people nearby while a drop is active, and delivering your messages. The licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies we must keep for safety or legal reasons.
• Upload only content you have the right to share. We may remove content that breaks these terms or the Content Policy.

5. Conduct and the Content Policy

Swifflyy has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behaviour. Our Content Policy is part of these terms. In short: no nudity or sexual content, no harassment, hate or threats, nothing involving minors, no fake profiles or impersonation, no spam, scams or solicitation, and no sharing of other people's private information. Accounts that break these rules are suspended or removed, and we cooperate with law enforcement where the law requires it.

6. Reporting and blocking

• You can report or block anyone from their profile or chat with “Report, block & unmatch”. Blocking is immediate: the match is removed and that person can no longer reach you or appear in your deck.
• Every report is reviewed by our team, normally within 24 hours. When a chat is reported we may read that conversation to investigate. We keep a record of reports and blocks so repeat behaviour can be acted on.

7. Safety

You are responsible for your interactions with other users. We do not run background checks and we cannot vouch for anyone. Meet in public places, tell a friend where you are going, and never send money or share financial details with someone you met on Swifflyy.

8. Ending your account

• You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete account. Deletion is immediate and permanent: profile, photos, likes and passes, matches, chats, drops, purchase records and reports are removed.
• We may suspend or remove your account if you break these terms, the Content Policy or the law, or if required to protect other users.

9. Disclaimers and liability

• Swifflyy is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not promise that you will meet anyone, that the service will be uninterrupted, or that other users are who they say they are.
• We are not responsible for the conduct of any user, online or offline.
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. If a change is significant we will tell you in the app. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. The current version is always at swifflyy.com/terms.html and inside the app under Settings → Legal.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction over any dispute.

12. This website and the waitlist

• Joining the waitlist on this site reserves early access; it does not create an app account or guarantee a launch date in any particular city. You must be 18 or older to join.
• Referral links let friends join together. Automating, spamming or reselling referral links may void the associated signups.
• The swipe demo on this site uses fictional profiles for illustration. They are not real people, and no matching or messaging happens on this website.
