These terms cover this pre-launch website and its early-access waitlist. The Swifflyy app will have its own terms of service when it launches.

The waitlist

• Joining the waitlist reserves early access - it doesn’t create an account or guarantee a launch date in any particular city.
• Referral links exist to let friends join together. Automating, spamming or reselling referral links may void the associated signups.
• You must be 18 or older to join the waitlist (Swifflyy is an 18+ product).

The demo

The swipe demo on this site uses fictional profiles for illustration. They are not real people, and no matching or messaging actually occurs on this website.
